As a CNA or Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
- Provide one-on-one non-medical care to clients in the comfort of their homes
- Follow the client’s plan of care which may include the items outlined below:
- Assist with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting
- Provide light housework and meal preparation
- Assist with transfers and ambulation
- Provide companionship, conversation, mental stimulation
- Encourage exercise, hydration, medication reminders
- Accompany client on errands, appointments, doctor visits
- Observe, document and report changes in client’s condition

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of caregiver experience, this may include family care.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Current TB Test in the last 12 months
- Have or be able to obtain a Finger Print Clearance Card
- Reliable transportation/Valid driver’s license and Auto Insurance
