Full-Time Position – 40hrs/wk
We are seeking a self-motivated, highly responsible caregiver/scheduler to grow with us and support our staffing/case management needs. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of caregiving experience, as well as office experience using home care scheduling software. This position reports to the Scheduling and Staffing Case Manager and is responsible for ensuring that client care schedules are up to date and filled to ensure that clients are receiving the highest level of support services and continuity of care.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Willing and able to cover shifts for callouts and scheduling gaps
- Available for weekend/after-hours on-call rotation
- Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties
- Client and caregiver documentation in scheduling software
- Responds to questions regarding client and caregiver schedules
- Confirm and update caregiver availability including vacation, sick time, and holidays
- Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients
- Follow up with new caregiver hires to explain the scheduling process
- Update the office team on scheduling issues and HR recruitment needs
- Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team
- Maintain computer schedules and ensure timely data entry for clients and caregivers
- Maintain confidentiality of all information pertaining to employees and clients
Required Skills and Experience:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Scheduling experience required
- National Background check
- Home care administrative work experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Strong phone skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under time pressure
- Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well in a close team environment

- Client forms
- Increases in hours
- Unstaffed hours
- Overtime hours
- Losses of any clients and the reason

Requirements to work with our agency:
- Fully COVID Vaccinated, including Booster
- Have or acquire CPR/First Aid certification
- Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test
- Current HCA registration
- Two forms of identification (per I-9)
- A valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance/registration, and a reliable car
