The SYNERGY HomeCare location in Altamonte is owned and operated by Chris and Danielle Rodriguez, a married duo who have committed themselves to providing the highest quality of service and upholding the moral tenets that they use to guide their everyday lives.
Chris has spent the past 14 years working as a firefighter paramedic, as well as spending time working in sales and health services. He is also a central Florida native, graduating from Mount Dora High School in 2005 and now continuing his education in General Studies and Political Science.
Danielle, originally from Texas, has spent most of her life traveling with her military family. Eventually, she settled down in central Florida as well, where she graduated high school in the same year as Chris. Since then, she has held multiple administrative office roles and worked in child care with multiple different companies.
Together, the couple have a beautiful nine-year-old daughter, whose kind heart is one of their largest inspirations behind how they wish to interact with people in their daily lives.
The Rodriguez family was persuaded to join the home care industry after Chris witnessed the impact that caregivers had on his grandfather’s life. His grandfather, originally from Cuba and Chris’ hero in life, was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and later passed on from the disease. However, his dignity and quality of life greatly benefitted from the caregivers who dedicated themselves to being at his side, and even attended and cried together like true members of Chris’ family at his grandfather’s funeral. Their dedication deeply resonated with Chris and helped him to realize that he wanted to provide that same sense of comfort to other families.
Chris and Danielle’s philosophy is that nothing on earth is worth more than prolonging the time you get to spend with your loved ones. They are fully committed to upholding their core values of family, integrity, loyalty and excellence, while also dedicating themselves to becoming exceptional caregivers.
SYNERGY HomeCare provides a wide range of non-medical care options. Companion care includes assistance with cooking, shopping, running errands, light housekeeping and other tasks that allow clients to live independently. Personal care provides assistance with bathing, dressing, using the toilet and other activities of daily life.
