SYNERGY HomeCare of the Emerald Coast is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator who is responsible for hiring and onboarding caregivers. Primary Responsibilities:
- Finding new recruiting sources
- Job postings
- Phone screens
- Interviews
- Weekly reporting of accountabilities
- Processes employee applications, assists in other employment activities, screening, interviewing, reference checking and new employee orientation according to established guidelines
- Initiates the hiring process including processing applications, background screening, interviewing and reference verification. Makes hiring recommendations to the owner or directly hires
- May participate in on-call rotation, answering after-hours calls
Required Skills and Experience:
- Recruiting/staffing experience preferred
- High School graduate or equivalent
- National Background check
- Home care and administrative work experience preferred, but not required
- Strong phone skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under time pressure
- Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well in a close team environment
