Today, we shine the spotlight on Natasha, whose dedication and empathy have touched the lives of her clients and who is our care professional of the month!
Natasha is a superwoman and the mother of seven children. As a mother and the matriarch of her big family, she has always been passionate about taking care of others and knows the profound impact that care can have on individuals and their families. Natasha’s journey into the world of home care began as a chef in an assisted living facility. She worked in the nursing home for 16 years then got her CNA license and started with Synergy. She wanted to be able to have more one on one time with clients and give them more attention unlike the larger ratios at the nursing homes.
What sets Natasha apart is her remarkable ability to connect with her clients on a deep emotional level. She says, “Some people are destined to care for others and God blessed me to work with and help those who need it ”. She has endless empathy, allowing her to truly understand and anticipate the needs of those she cares for. Natasha treats every client as if they were her own family, fostering trust and comfort in their relationship. In this business Natasha says, “ you have to have a loving heart”, and her heart is one of a kind.
Natasha’s days are filled with a myriad of tasks, from assisting with daily living activities to companionship. She adapts her approach to each client’s unique needs, ensuring that they receive personalized, top-notch care. Natasha’s dedication extends beyond the job description and she often goes the extra mile to brighten her clients’ day. She is a happy person in and out and you can always find her with a smile. When people around her have challenging days she says she easily stays patient and never takes it personally. She is the perfect companion and her calm energy sets those around her at ease. Natasha’s impact extends far beyond her clients; she becomes an integral part of their families.
She not only provides much-needed care but also offers emotional support and guidance during challenging times. Families often express their gratitude for the trust and peace of mind Natasha brings into their lives. When asked how she builds her amazing relationships with her clients she says, “ it’s starts with always being on time and never calling off a shift”. In addition to providing the best care Natasha knows how important it is to let her clients know she is dependable and reliable. Natasha says another secret to her success is that she loves to talk! She makes the best companion as she is an avid listener and can comfortably talk to anyone. She is motherly and it’s easy to see how she fluidly tends to the needs of others while at the same time making them feel like that are with a best friend. Natasha didn’t grow up with grandparents so she also loves spending time and getting to know the elderly. Care Professionals like Natasha, are the heart and soul of home care and exemplify the true essence of caregiving.
