Every year SYNERGY HomeCare comes together to raise awareness for the Alzheimer’s Association through our Senior Selfie Campaign. For every Senior Selfie submitted, SYNERGY HomeCare donates $5 to the Alzheimer’s Association to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care.
