Synergy HomeCare of Charlotte & Lake Norman, a dynamic customer-focused, in-home care company with a mission to enhance the lives of seniors & their families, has an immediate opening for a part-time RN Supervisor. The RN Supervisor supervises CNA’s, creates and updates the clients’ plan of care, and ensures the provisions of quality services that meet company goals and expectations as well as franchise and state regulations and standards.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform initial Client/Family Interview and assess Client to develop the Plan of Care (POC).
- Identify skills and personality necessary for a successful caregiver relationship.
- Set service expectations with Client/Family.
- Performing on-site evaluations to evaluate the scope and quality of care given to clients.
- Make monthly quality calls to Clients.
- Assessing new hires’ skills and reviewing expectations of care during orientation.
- Ensure that Client charts are in good standing and are in compliance with NC DHHS regulations regarding licensed home care agencies.
- Support and assist with periodic surveys.
- Provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Licensed RN from an accredited nursing school.
- Current unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license in NC.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to be bonded.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle driving record, and drug test.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Gmail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in-home care, health care, or senior-related industry.
- 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience including staff development.
- Knowledge of NC DHHS regulations pertaining to home care agencies.
- Ability to learn eRSP software to maintain client profiles and POC’s.
