Building Relationships

SYNERGY HomeCare gives us the chance to bond with our clients, their family caregivers, community organizations and healthcare professionals throughout the San Diego area.

One of the main reasons we decided to operate a home care agency was because we enjoy building relationships with people and helping the community as much as possible. We want to continue making a difference in our community and bringing services to those that would not have even thought about having them previously.

Whether we provide light housekeeping, companionship, or see to personal care needs, back up childcare, our goal is always to help our clients feel safe and comfortable. In addition to performing background checks on all of our caregivers, we also do our best to ensure a compatible match between each caregiver and their clients. We also provide regular quality assessments to make sure everything is going well.

SYNERGY HomeCare is also happy to work with your assisted living community, skilled nursing facility, doctors, and others who may care for you. We currently have great relationships with Sunrise of Bonita Senior Living Facility, Paradise Village Retirement Community, Sharp Hospital, University of San Diego Medical Center and Alvarado Hospital.

Home Care for Veterans

Prior to joining SYNERGY HomeCare, Jon served in the United States Navy for 22 years. Our network of military and government employees allows us to better navigate the various veterans programs. We are invested in providing programs for aging veterans as well as single veterans who live far away from family and friends.

Making a Difference

One of the best aspects of home care is that this service can help people of any age and many different needs. Seniors can benefit from home care as they age or experience dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. New moms can use home care when they return from the hospital with their new babies. SYNERGY HomeCare can also help people with Parkinson’s disease, cancer, multiple sclerosis, arthritis and many other conditions.
