For the third straight year, we’re delighted to announce that we have received the distinguished Provider of Choice, Employer of Choice and Leader in Excellence Awards from Home Care Pulse, the renowned leaders in quality assurance for home care. This award is the highest recognition from Home Care Pulse and is awarded to distinguished home care agencies that consistently rank among the very highest in ten or more quality metrics. As a Leader in Excellence, SYNERGY HomeCare is now among the top 10% of home care providers who participated in the nationwide Home Care Pulse Satisfaction Management Program.
This achievement demonstrates our continued commitment to exceptional care and quality improvement. In order to be considered for this award, 10% of our clients and caregivers were interviewed on a monthly basis by Home Care Pulse. Over a 12-month period, SYNERGY HomeCare received high satisfaction ratings from both clients and caregivers in areas including caregiver training, compassion of caregivers, scheduling, communication, client/caregiver compatibility, and more. Using feedback from clients and staff, along with quality benchmarks from Home Care Pulse, the SYNERGY HomeCare management team set goals to achieve the highest level of excellence possible.
